I have reviewed and accepted IDA's Teens Program terms and policies.

I accept the policies outlined in this application. I have read the Student & Parent Handbook and agree to comply with the policies and requirements stated within. If I have any questions or concerns, I will contact my instructor within the first week of the program. I acknowledge receipt of the Washington Intermediate Driver License Requirements & Penalties and understand the rules and consequences associated with them. Please review IDL restriction here.

For Parent/Guardian: I fully approve of my son/daughter enrolling in the International Drivers Academy Traffic Safety Education Program. I commit to providing at least two hours of guided practice between each driving lesson, and I will be responsible for paying all tuition and fees due. We will attend the parent-student session together during the first class and will participate in additional supervised behind-the-wheel driving practice as recommended.
